National Work Readiness Mentoring Qualification

Getting to the root of people’s barriers, helping them to succeed.

Helping a young person prepare for work readiness takes a unique set of skills.  You want to pass on your skills, knowledge and experience, whilst also giving them the freedom to develop themselves independently.

Whether you work with teenagers or young adults, this qualification is for you.  Over three days you will work with other people mentoring young people to help get them ready for employability.  Learn some of the psychological aspects of their brain development that will have an impact on the way you work.

This course is suitable for those already mentoring and want to hone your skills or maybe you are thinking of this as a career change, or you might even volunteer with teenagers and young people and want some professional development.
